What To Expect
No two sessions are alike, and I receive you where you are. This is a safe space to land where you will feel seen and heard, free from judgement or limitations. Areas of focus include life transformation, removing blocks, creating healthy habits, shifting limiting beliefs, clarifying life direction, and processing trauma. Whatever it is for you, together we will create a road map to transform your life into its healthiest and most authentic version.
What Our Time Together
Will Look Like
Sessions are one-on-one coaching from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world. We’ll connect via Zoom and you'll receive a private link via email after scheduling your appointment.
We will have a :55-minute virtual session that is a gentle flow at your pace. In sessions you are heard, and will also receive guidance, valuable knowledge, and tools that you can apply and use immediately.
In each session we’ll establish a clear goal that could include inner work, processing emotions, creating next steps, or cultivating self-care.
At the end of our time, I will always provide actionable tools and resources to make the most out of each session, create accountability, and best move you forward.
An overall roadmap which will guide each sessions goals. However, as a living and breathing journey, it can uncover new things, so it’s always open to shifts if that is most needed.

The answers you seek are already within you. You hold the key to unlocking them, and it all starts with your readiness to do the work. This process only works when you actively engage with it, and I’ll be beside you every step of the way. As you commit to the journey, you’ll uncover clarity, strength, and a deeper connection to your true self, unlocking the transformation you’re seeking.
How Coaching Is Different
Life coaching differs from traditional therapy in that we are future focused and oriented, and we focus on solutions. While we may go into inner child work we do not spend the majority of the time in the past nor do we diagnose medical conditions. Coaching can help you get to where you want to be by making incremental changes right now. We work on healing past experiences that keep you stuck and rewiring thought processes and beliefs that hold us back. All so that you can move forward today.
